Learn Spanish in Zapote

Zapote is a peaceful suburb, located 10 minutes southeast of San Jose. Many families with children live here, taking advantage of the good school system. Costa Rica’s Presidential House is located in Zapote. Visitors should take advantage of the colorful Zapote Market on Sunday mornings. During the last week of December every year, after Christmas, Zapote hosts a giant festival, complete with bullfights, fireworks, dancing, and rides.
